It’s 45 minutes and it’s free. This is a working conversation, not a pitch. Come with the situation that’s actually on your mind: a transition, a team that’s stuck, a decision with no clean answer, an AI question with a budget attached. I’ll ask more than I talk. You’ll leave with a sharper read on the problem and at least one thing worth doing next week, whether or not we ever work together.
If the work calls for coaching, a session, or an advisory engagement, I’ll say so plainly and tell you what that looks like. If I’m not the right person, I’ll say that too, and point you somewhere better.
