I keep the in-person side deliberately small: a select few Georgia engagements at a time, so the work gets the attention that being in the room deserves.

Executive coaching, across a table
Some conversations land differently in person. Sessions run at your office or my Alpharetta base, on the same terms as all my executive coaching: a practical, candid thought partner who has held the seat you sit in.
Offsites, in your room
Executive offsites, strategic planning sessions, and leadership team working sessions, run by an operator, not a moderator. The most requested in-person work, and the reason this page exists. See facilitation for how the room works.
Consulting, on your site
Operational work happens where the work is: your floor, your standups, your board meeting. From strategy consulting to AI consulting, the on-site version is available at home in Georgia.

Do you only work in Georgia?
No. Most of my clients are national: remote coaching and advisory with leaders everywhere, and on-site work anywhere in the country. In person over a table is simply easiest at home, and I keep room for a select few Georgia engagements at a time.
Where do in-person sessions happen?
Your office, my Alpharetta base at North Point, or a room we choose for the work. Offsites run wherever your team meets best.
